The Charbonnel Lamour Black Satin Hard Ground is a liquid ground can be applied the same way as the Charbonnel Ultraflex Liquid Ground varnish. This ground allows work to be continued over longer periods of time without the ground chipping off. This is harder than the Ultraflex varnish making it easier to create finer lines, however does dry quicker than the Ultraflex. Note: this cannot be shipped to the US, but we can put you in touch with a supplier there who makes their own brand (just as we do too in fact here!)
