One of his immediate objectives is to locate the missing Bajoran Orb. To date, he has had several encounters with Starfleet personnel. Commander Sisko offered the observation that Dukat is amiable but evil. His intentions must be remembered: and the atrocities perpetrated by the Cardassians against the Bajorans must not be forgotten.
